Straight Bevel Generating Cutters

Dathan are the world’s leading manufacturer of straight bevel generating tools for use on Gleason and Heidenreich & Harbeck machines.

For Gleason machines these are produced for 24″, 12″ and 3″ both roughing and finishing.

For Heidenreich and Harbeck machines they are available in 15KH, 25KH, 26KH, 60KH and 75KH.

They are usually manufactured from ASP 2030 grades for cutting tougher materials.
